Moderate bike tour. From Prad past the romanesque chapel of St. John we cycle on an asphaltet road up to 1330 m. From the car park we follow the gravel road to the hut Oberrauschhütte. As the last part of the way n. 3 is very difficult for biking we recommend to leave your bike at the hut Oberrauschhütte and walk the last part to the pasture Gampenalm where to enjoy a wonderful panorama. The descent is via the path 3, a steep old farm road, down to the gravel road. We follow the road to Tschengls passing the farm Psegghof, the ruins and the farm Standleirhof and continue then on the trail Lottersteig n. 5 to n. 7 until Prad.
