Last week we had a small but nice bike opening in the South Tyrolean lowlands. With gravel and mtb, beer tasting at Mendelbier and a stop at Elena Walch.

The group was made up of Thomas from Hotel Schulerhof, Lukas from Gasthof Bikehotel Terzer, Alex from Krone in Brixen, Makke, Michi and Rosa.

Team Guiding or Team Solo Tour❓

The opinions differ on tour guiding. On the one hand, there are mountain bikers who plan their tours meticulously, study maps and tracks, get well advised and rely on their own instinct or their sat nav on the other hand, there are people who rely entirely on the locals and local guides when biking and trust that they already know what is good for them.
