Arriving at Hotel Pfösl means above all leaving everyday life behind and getting back on track. A hideaway with character, a place of silence and energy at the same time. Nestled amidst beautiful mountain glades and healthy forests at the entrance to Deutschnofen/Nova Ponente, this BikeHotel is made for gathering and reconnecting. For guests, it is normal to bake bread in a 300-year-old stone oven and enjoy sun-kissed bike tours on the slopes of the Catinaccio, but also to indulge in pleasant forest bathing and swimming in the infinity pool.

In the permaculture garden, no less than 1,600 varieties of plants are cultivated: the ingredients of their own production and the many herbs grown in the garden are the focus of the culinary art at Hotel Pfösl. Evi, Brigitte and Daniel, the hosts, wholeheartedly promote the concept of zero kilometre and climate neutrality. The good thing: the whole team and guests are equally convinced.
