Racing bike tour Schenna - Timmelsjoch
Road bike
Starting point: Scena. From San Leonardo, the route climbs through numerous hairpin bends and tunnels towards Timmelsjoch. The challenging ascent, with some very steep sections, is rewarded with spectacular Alpine views and excellent road conditions. Once you reach the pass, you can either continue towards Austria or return to the Passeiertal valley.
Description to arrive at destination
The tour starts in the centre of Schenna. You can reach the starting point via Merano. Follow the signs towards Schenna and drive to the village centre.
Parking
Paid parking spaces in the underground garage below the Raiffeisen bank or in the “Baumann” parking lot.
Public transport
The bus lines in Schenna do not transport bicycles.
