From the village centre of Truden im Naturpark, follow an asphalt road to Kaltenbrunn (1,005 m). Continue past Pausahof until reaching Montan a.d.W. (672 m). The tour leads via Castelfeder (377 m), and between Auer and Neumarkt you reach the connection to the Adige Cycle Path.

Directions
The tour starts in the centre of Truden im Naturpark and follows Joseph-Mayr-Nusser-Straße towards Montan a.d.W. Passing the St. Stephen’s Church, the route continues downhill towards the Adige, where it connects to the cycle route.
Description to arrive at destination
Truden im Naturpark can be easily reached via the A22 Brenner Motorway. Take the Neumarkt–Auer exit and follow the signs towards Montan a.d.W. and Truden i.N.

Public transport
- From Bolzano train station, take the train to Neumarkt-Tramin railway station. There, change to bus line 144 and get off at the Truden, Church stop.
- From Bolzano train station, take bus line 120 to the Neumarkt bus station. There, change to bus line 144 and continue to the Truden, Church stop.
Recommended equipment
We recommend a well-maintained bike, a helmet, enough water, weather-appropriate clothing and a small repair kit.
Author's tip
Take a short walk through Montan a.d.W. and visit St. Stephen’s Church, which offers a beautiful view over the Adige Valley.
