Berghaus Rosengarten

What a prospect - in every regard!

Berghaus Rosengarten - region Val d'Ega/Eggental

The Berghaus Rosengarten is located in an enviable position above Nova Levante, in Val d'Ega. The location is somewhat isolated, but it is wonderfully peaceful and boasts an extraordinary view of the Rosengarten/Catinaccio. Here, you can count on quietness, the art of sincere hospitality and a personal approach, typical of a family-run establishment.

Your perfect day begins with a rich and varied breakfast, the 'every day a surprise' type. Then you set off on spectacular MTB tours in the Dolomites. You can choose from leisurely to more ambitious options. Ride in comfort with the cable car in Nova Levante and if you choose the Carezza Trail, plenty of flow and flow galore awaits you. The crowning glory of an exciting day is dinner on the terrace. The cuisine is not only healthy: territoriality, passion, creativity and originality are essential. You can find banality and custom elsewhere!

When I did my bike guide training a few years ago, the subject of mountain bikes was still in its infancy in Val d'Ega. And now we’re delighted that we made the right move right from the start.

Norbert Pichler
He's a cook (he is a fantastic one) and mountainbike guide from head to toe and he is very happy that it's possible to combine his two passions.

Norbert was born here, so he knows all the trails, even the most secret ones. Since 2006 he has been a full time bikeguide. Whether alone with the racing bike, or on tour with kids and families - his passion has no limits.

Norbert prefers technical difficult trails or the bikeparks in the vicinity.

Formation:

  • Specialisation: guide for kids
  • Training of riding technique (freeride) with Marcus Klausmann, for 14 times downhill champion in Germany
  • Style camp with Daniel Schäfer, the best one in this category
  • Technic training with Sandra Simon
  • First aid courses
  • Bike mechanic workshop
