General description

The „Eisacktal Valley-Dolomites region Seiser Alm link trail“ connects the valley cycle path with the Seiser Alm/Val Gardena biking region and its villages Kastelruth, Seis am Schlern, Völs am Schlern, Tiers am Rosengarten and Seiser Alm.

Route description

With these two link routes from the Val Isarco cycle path to the Seiser Alm, you only have a few metres of elevation to tackle. The northerly link route begins near the Isarco Est motorway exit and brings you straight to St. Oswald and Seis am Schlern. From there the track leads through variety-packed meadow and forest land at the foot of the Schlern, along well-surfaced bike paths past the hamlets of St. Konstantin and St. Anton until Völs am Schlern. From St. Anton you can reach the Isarco Valley bike path again, following the track downhill to the small hamlet of Atzwang. This is the southern link route leading to the Dolomites region Seiser Alm or reverse.
