This only happens at the BikeHotels Südtirol: Your hosts are also trained bike guides and, between you and me, are often delighted to swap their computers or chef’s hat for wide (or narrow) handlebars and get outside with their guests. Then they really come out of their shell because they’re doing what they love: biking AND hosting.
