Die Tour führt vom Etschradweg in Salurn, Neumarkt oder Auer Richtung Norden bis in die Landeshauptstadt Bozen. Dem Eisackradweg entlang geht es nach Blumau, vorbei an Kunsthandwerken, Installationen und Malereien bis ins mittelalterliche Klausen wo sich die verwinkelte Anlage der geistlichen Festung Säben befindet. Die Route endet in Brixen, bekannt für die bischöfliche Hofburg und interessant für Kunst- und Kulturbegeisterte.
Der Rückweg erfolgt über den Hinweg oder mit dem Zug an den Bahnhöfen Brixen, Klausen.
