Mont Sëura

297 Mont de Seura Tour

Medium circuit via the Jender huts to Mont de Sëura, coasting Monte Pana and back to Santa Cristina.

Mountainbike

General description
This tour scores with a leisurely ascent in an enchanted-looking forest and the breathtaking view of the Dolomite landscape at the top of Mont Sëura.
Route description

Kick off from Santa Cristina and head west on the main road until you reach the fork across the Rio Gardena stream. Time to hop on your saddle, engage your gears, and push down on those pedals: the path coasting the Jender huts climbs to Mont de Seura, representing the highest point of the tour at 2,041 m. A quick pit-stop at the Cason Schwaige for a bite to eat while admiring the impressive rocky massif of the Sassolungo is all you need for the descent towards Monte Pana. Watch out, as the following stretch of the tour requires some technical biking skill. Just before getting back to Santa Cristina, you’ll be treated to another exquisite treat in the shape of a small trail.
