• A certified bike guide or a bike school leads the tours. The tours start at the hotel (at least 70% of trips).
• Guided mountain bike tours are offered 7 days a week.
• There are weekly information evenings and detailed written descriptions of the guided tours and personal consulating.
• Your host makes a lunch box upon request available for the tours and offers.
• At the breakfast buffet you will find at least 10 products of local origin. In the afternoons, light meals are offered.
• In the event of a breakdown, your host offers a free pick-up service at the nearest road.
• Your host offers free laundry service for dirty bike clothes.
• Your host works in association with a bike shop in the immediate area (max distance of 1 km; reachable on foot)
• A selection of at least 10 professionally prepared mountain bike trail maps are available.
• There is a selection of at least 10 GPS tours available to download.
• You can do the GPS upload yourself at a specially provided computer or on the hotel website.
• High-quality mountain bikes from the current or previous year with a value of at least € 1,000 are available. (€)

• Guided emountain bike tours are offered 7 days a week.
• An enclosed area for bikes is under video surveillance and accessible only to bikers. The bike can be brought (only in the bike bag) to the room.
