MTB Gran Ju-Tour

This tour around the Piz de Plaies starts at the church square in San Vigilio. From there you first follow the Strada Valiares and later past the Sarjei farm to Jù. If you prefer something a little less demanding, you can also take the Pedagà lift, where you can also load your bike and which will take you to Jú/Col dl'Ancona. From there, you have an impressive view of the valley below and a beautiful descend along the paved road to Pikolein begins. The route then continues along the state road of Val Badia, first reaching Zwischenwasser and then cycling back to the starting point in San Vigilio.

Setting off from the Pedagà/Piz de Plaies cable car valley station, taking your bike on the cable car is a convenient way to get to Jù/Col dl’Ancona (of course you can already cycling from San Vigilio to the top via Sarjëi). At the hamlet Gran Jù, take the paved road to Piculin and then the main road of the Badia Valley to Longega and finally back to San Vigilio.
