The Eggerberg MTB route leads from Niederdorf up to the sunny plateau of the Eggerberg and offers a varied combination of athletic challenges and impressive views. The route runs primarily along well-maintained forest and mountain trails through dense forests and across alpine pastures with stunning vistas. Along the way, magnificent panoramic views of the Upper Puster Valley and the surrounding Dolomite landscape open up time and again. A particularly appealing feature is that the route is part of the legendary Dolomiti Superbike course—one of Europe’s most famous mountain bike races. This allows recreational riders to follow in the footsteps of numerous international pros and experience the true thrill of racing.
