Alpine Magic: Biking across the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alp

The starting point is the Zumis parking lot. From there, follow forest road no. 4 and pass the information board on the left. After around 1.5 kilometres, you reach the first large clearing, with views across the meadows towards Peitlerkofel.

At Roner Alm, the route continues along trail no. 2 and briefly passes through the forest. The landscape then opens up into wide alpine meadows. The trail climbs gently to the junction for the Rastner Hütte. For the final section to the hut, follow trail no. 6B.

The route then returns to trail no. 2 and continues to the Starkenfeldhütte, with its large sun terrace and views of Plose and the peaks of the Puez-Odle Group.

The return follows the same route. The finishing point of the tour is the Zumis parking lot.

From Mühlbach, follow the road towards Rodeneck and continue uphill to Vill. From there, the road continues towards the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alm. Follow the road to the Zumis car park, the starting point of the tour.
